Christ and the Apostles doctrine
Three passages of importance can be found in the book of the Acts of the Apostles telling us three critical, important things. First, that Jesus was the Christ (Messiah, Anointed of God), -Acts 3:13-18. Secondly, that he rose from the dead, -Acts 1:22. And third, that salvation was by faith in His name, -Acts 2:38, 3:16, 4:12.
His name in Aramaic was Yeshua, which means 'God saves.'
"Jesus did many other miraculous signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name." - John 20:30-31
"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth." - John 4:23-24
